  • Customers are allowed to cancel an order entirely free of charge at any time before it is physically dispatched from our facility.
  • To initiate a cancellation, please message our team on WhatsApp with your specific Order ID. If the box has not left our dispatch facility, we will cancel it right away and execute a 100% full transaction refund.

Returns, Replacements, and Product Nature

Hygiene and Consumer Safety Regulation: Due to stringent wellness, hygiene, and consumer protection protocols across India, opened, unsealed, or used herbal powders, botanical blends, and natural soaps cannot be returned or replaced once delivered.

We honor return requests or execute free replacements only and exclusively if the ordered items arrive in a physically damaged state, have open seal leaks, or if you received an incorrect product variant from our warehouse.

  • How to Report Damage: Customers must notify us of any transit damages, mistakes, or product defects within a strict window of 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please communicate this alongside your Order ID to our contact channels, sharing a clear photograph or a short, unedited unboxing video clearly demonstrating the package damage.

Refund Settlement Timeline

  • Upon official verification and approval of a cancellation or damaged return, your money is instantly sent back through automated banking networks to your original payment platform (Source Bank Account, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI Wallet).
  • It generally takes 5 to 7 working days for the credited money to reflect in your bank statement, depending entirely on standard Indian banking settlement cycles.
